Angel ChaiJiaen

Student (12th grade)

In 2020, my journey at Aii began. Hi, my name is Angel Chai Jiaen. I vividly recall the warm greetings from the school's security, running to classes, and the “Good Morning!” I received it from my friends. Time flew by swiftly, each day at Aii presenting new challenges and opportunities for me to develop my language skills. One standout memory was our chaotic yet enjoyable venture selling goods for a community project at level 11b. Fast forward to 2023, I completed my studies and eagerly awaited graduation. To my surprise, I was chosen as the speaker for level 12 students—a challenge I embraced and triumphed. Supported by my family, teachers, and friends, I aced the speech. Even after graduation, Aii continued to provide opportunities, allowing me to develop my public speaking skills, a journey I hadn't anticipated when joining the school.

As an alumnus of Aii, I am proud to look back at how this school has shaped the person I am today. My experience at Aii back in the late 2010s was genuinely fulfilling. I was able to expose myself, for the first time, to a competitive yet rewarding learning environment.

My job has very much to do with communication and networking and that has very much to thank to my Public Speaking Program here at Aii. That’s where I  learned how to speak, dealing with the problems and solving questions in the public with various types of people.
