I have a challenge for you to answer to check if you are genuinely happy: (Note: This test is not intended for a professional assessment.)
1. Do I love myself?
2. Do I smile and laugh every day?
3. Do I enjoy what I am doing now?
If you answered yes to most of these questions, I congratulate you because it means you are happy but if not, I hope these tips help you find your happiness. First, find your purpose. You can only find it if you are willing to explore and do different things. Try to start doing things that you have never done and one day, you will find it. Second and the last tip, do not base your happiness on anyone or on anything because they are all temporary. Remember, you are your own happiness.
