Operations Department
Operations Department is responsible for the underlying infrastructure of Mengly J. Quach Education in full support of the company’s mission and vision. The department oversees all operational divisions of the company such as Human Resources Department, MJQE Construction and Design Department, Intercon Transportation Services, The Intercon Bookstore, Information Technology Department, School and Public Safety Department, CCTV, Campus and Building Maintenance Department, General Productions, Housekeeping Unit, Visual Art Center, MJQTV, Mengly J. Quach University Press, the Intercon Rooster, Research and Development Department, and Mengly J. Quach Student Health Center.
Operations Department plays a very important role as follows:
- Report and work next to Founder, Chairman and CEO
- Execute and implement the company’s strategies
- Implement an organizational change or new initiative
- Supervise employees and promote their growth
- Oversee ongoing business operations with the company
- Provide operational support and coordination to each office/department
- Analyze data to inform operational decisions or activities
- Review financial statements, sales, activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement and determine areas needing cost reduction and program improvement
