Accompanied by a charitable group of Mengly J. Quach Foundation and a group of volunteering medically qualified personnel of Dr. Quach Mobile Medical Clinic, Okhna Mengly J. Quach MD, MPH, President and Head Principal of the American Intercon Institute and School (Aii & AIS) travelled by cars to a remote area of a poor community located in Svay Ta Ork Village, Sangkat Veal Sbov, Kien Svay District, Kandal Province on November 10, 2016. The primary purpose of the visit was to organize the 32nd Dr. Quach Mobile Medical Clinic, the 52nd Mengly J. Quach Food Banking, and the 8th Mengly J. Quach Mobile Library.

About 400 people from 68 poor families were invited to receive free medical checkup examined by the group of volunteering medical personnel, and get gifts, food and some amount of money prepared and distributed by the Mengly J. Quach Food Banking. In addition, the Mengly J. Quach Mobile Library also created some educational activities for a group of deprived children from the community by leading them to read books and do the drawing so as to inculcate the sense of reading habits into the children.
