To better diversify the skills of management, staff and teachers, the American Intercon Institute System organized a workshop on August 01, 2016 at Sov Hong Kuy Auditorium, Lim Kim Noy Tower, Mao Tse Tong campus. Mr. Lundi Keo, Vice Chairman, Chief Academic Officer and Communication Director of Mengly J. Quach Education, felt very honoured to be invited as the guest speaker. The main purpose of the workshop was to introduce the rudimentary soft skills that we need to possess.
Taking the special occasion, Mr. Lundi Keo clearly defined soft skills as the immeasurable skills that require never-ending learning process and step-by-step approach so as to obtain these skills effectively. According to his groundbreaking research, he pointed out that 85 percent of soft skills make significant contribution to our success in life. In addition, he added that soft skills are the basic skills in the fast-changing globalizing world. Thus, to easily adjust ourselves to the so-called globalization era, he highly recommended management, staff and teachers to further try to master the wide range of soft skills as many as possible in order to withstand the world´s significant trends.
