School and Public Safety

The COVID-19 became a global crisis which affected so many lives including mine. As I start to work for MJQE as the Deputy Director of School and Public Safety, I learned about the way employees work and the company’s work culture. The work environment is generally encouraging and provides opportunities for personal development. The company provides for support to the staff through the Mengly J. Quach Foundation
During the 2 months and 15 days that I started working with the school and public safety department, I learned about the company’s culture, which is generally encouraging and provides opportunities for personal development, as well as providing support to the needy staff through the Mengly J. Quach Foundation.
I am very proud to be part of this company. As a member of the department that maintains its security and safety, our team is the first ones who provides service to our clients. We are the first one to greet them upon entering the building and keep them safe and out of harm. Their safety and protection is our number one priority.
We hope that all the teachers and staff in Mengly J. Quach Education are understanding and cooperative to set a good example for the society model. This will inspire the next generation to grow as productive citizens of the country.
