Jomar B. Conde is a certified educator holding a bachelor’s degree in education. His experiences include working in an international school, language schools, universities, and an NGO. He has also been involved in managerial positions such as that of program coordinator at CIA First Language Center and as co-founder/former director of a small learning center. He started his formal teaching career in Cambodia and is continuously involved in empowering educators and students alike.

Additionally, he has actively engaged in professional development opportunities by attending and presenting at regional (CamELT) and international workshops/conferences (CamTESOL, ISPP CIEC, ICEL Malaysia) which focuses on collaboration and leadership, language learning, curriculum design, and other disciplines. He also views himself as a self-directed learner who learns more, keeps a journal of his reflections, and creates opportunities and ideas to enhance his performance. Then he imparts to other teachers the ideas that he believes are beneficial and applicable.

He is presently enthusiastic and committed to his new position as deputy campus director at the Aii Language Center.
