The Intercon Rooster was established by Oknha Dr. Mengly J. Quach in June 2016. The Intercon Rooster focuses on producing and publishing newsletters of events and activities of Mengly J. Quach Education Plc. especially, Aii Language Centers and American Intercon Schools.

The Intercon Rooster has set out the vision to improve the quality and quantity of news production and publication that link to the effectiveness, quality and to gain supports of the public, both locally and internationally. In addition to the national and international news, the Intercon Rooster also publishes topics of research on cultures, civilizations, histories, literature, reports, events, education, health, and other educational topics.

The main objective of the Intercon Rooster is to deliver the messages through producing reliable news articles and publishing them to the public in the Kingdom of Cambodia and to the whole world for the benefits of mankind.
