When the rope has loosened its grip, we almost felt that we were near to break free.
As Cambodia recorded a lower percentage of Covid-19 infections it leads to reopening its operations to local and international parties. This was only an ounce of bounce from leaving corners of our homes as restrictions are expected again due to the new Covid-19 variant called Omicron.
Battling with a new variant of concern, described by the World Health Organization with increased transmission, virulence and would require intensive social measures, diagnostics, and therapeutics.
With the new variant, stricter safety measures and precautions are expected to be implemented especially with the re-opening of schools and economy in Cambodia. To counterattack, this invisible opponent would mean boosting our immune system and adherence to safety protocols.
