We all know that radish is an important food that have benefits for people of all ages. But eating radish at the right time of the day is important too.
According to nutritionists, the best time to drink radish juice is in the early morning on an empty stomach and in the evening before going to bed.
Usually in the early morning, when we wake up, our body is not getting any nutrients. As a result, the nutrients in can be absorbed by the body quickly, making us feel good and refreshed in the morning. More importantly, drinking radish juice about an hour before bedtime can boost hormones and the nutrients helped repair new cells as it reached the maximum capacity to help bodily functions. Therefore, it helps you get a good night’s sleep.
