World music day has been celebrated since 1981 to the present day. It has originated from France, and now people around the world celebrate it annually every 21st of June. It has marked the beauty of free spirit and the power of music. It also encourages amateur musicians to showcase their works to the world. Likewise, study shows that music has positive impact to mankind especially in their physical and mental well-being. Music helps lower stress, helps people sleep better, enhances productivity of workouts, improves more focus on study especially for students, and boosts creativity to form an art. All kinds of music have its uniqueness when it comes to a person’s preference and relevance, which can embrace oneself to its full potential. Students with anxiety and discomfort may find themselves cheerful with music.
