Phnom Penh, March 02, 2024 – Aii, a Mengly J. Quach Education in support of American Intercon School is set for the Road to 2 Decades with its first Public Talk. In an inspiring display of commitment to gender diversity and inclusion, the whole Mengly J. Quach Education, hosted the inaugural "Public Talk: Championing Diversity at the Workplace'' on March 2, 2024, at Prime Cineplex, Samai Square. This event aligns with the global celebration of the International Women’s Day.
This year's International Women's Day theme, "Women and Girls in Digital Transformation," set by the Minister of Women Affairs, resonated throughout the event, highlighting the pivotal role of women in driving digital progress and innovation. The gathering served not only as a platform for dialogue but also as a beacon of change, illustrating Mengly J. Quach Education’s dedication to fostering an inclusive and empowering environment for women in the corporate realm.

Neak Oknha Dr. Mengly J. Quach, in his opening message emphasized the critical importance of nurturing female leadership within the corporate sector. "We set our companies as a role model in empowering women; we have more and more senior management staff who are female. They are the backbone of our company and they bring a diversity of perspective in our decision-making process,” remarked Dr. Quach. His words underscored a powerful message of progress and hope, reinforcing the group's commitment to diversity and inclusion at every organizational level.
“Championing diversity at the workplace is a significant step forward in recognizing and harnessing the potential of women in leadership positions,” said Prof. Dr. Chankoulika Bo during her speech. She also stressed the importance of pursuing higher education and chasing dreams.
As the curtains fell on this inaugural public talk, the message was clear: Mengly J. Quach Education is a leader in the movement towards a more inclusive, diverse, and digitally empowered future. This was evident by a documentary from Aii Language Center’s documentary video “We Are Women,” highlighting the struggles and wins of the women in the modern day.
