Leakhena Kong is currently working as a Campus Director at Aii Language Center, Siem Reap Campus.
Kong joined the Mengly J. Quach Education in 2014. She started her teaching career as a part time teacher at the Aii Language Center. With her dedication, commitment and diligence, she was promoted to be a Head Teacher in 2016 and a Deputy Campus Director in 2019 at Mao Tse Tong Campus. In 2020, she was appointed to be a Campus Director at Chroy Chongva Campus. She primarily tasked to overseeing the general operation of the whole campus both academic and non-academic.
Kong earned her Bachelor of Education in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) from the Institute of Foreign Languages, Royal University of Phnom Penh in 2014. She received her MBA in Management from the Paññāsāstra University of Cambodia in 2019.
