Mr. Paravuth Hem has dedicated over 10 years to working in the education sector in both Cambodia and Australia. He began his journey as a part-time English teacher from 2012 to 2014 before joining Aii Language Center in 2014. After a year at Aii Language Center, he transitioned to the Australian Centre for Education, IDP Cambodia, where he spent over 7 years advancing from a full-time teacher to a lead teacher. During his tenure, he made significant contributions not only to the English department but also to academic, IT, and marketing.

In 2023, Mr. Paravuth Hem was awarded an Australia Awards Scholarship, enabling him to pursue a master's degree in Education specializing in digital learning at Monash University, one of the top five universities in Australia. Concurrently, he worked as an English teacher for international students at a prominent college in Melbourne CBD.

Upon returning, Mr. Paravuth Hem rejoined Aii Language Center as a Campus Director. In this role, his mission is to uphold the quality of education while integrating cutting-edge technology and teaching methodologies, adapted from top-ranking universities worldwide.

In addition to his educational career, he is an active presenter at international conferences. From 2016 to 2021, he shared his teaching methodologies with thousands of educators annually at CamTESOL. In 2019, he represented his team at the KoTESOL conference in Seoul, South Korea, where he shared his experiences and knowledge with educators and researchers from around the world.

Mr. Paravuth Hem earned his Bachelor's Degree in Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) from the Institute of Foreign Languages (IFL) in 2015. He furthered his education by completing a Master's Degree in Educational Studies from the Royal University of Phnom Penh (RUPP) in 2020, followed by a Master's Degree in Digital Learning from Monash University in 2023.
