Long Leng is a highly accomplished professional with a distinguished career in the tourism and travel industry spanning over three decades. His journey began in 1991 when he joined the government tourism office, where he gained extensive knowledge of Cambodia's diverse attractions by traveling throughout the country. During his tenure, he successfully managed the travel business for multiple international tour operators, ensuring exceptional experiences for their clients.
In 2001, Long Leng's exceptional skills and leadership abilities led him to Abercrombie & Kent Cambodia Travel, where he assumed the role of Director of Operations. Recognized for his outstanding contributions, he was promoted to the position of Country Manager in 2010. Throughout his time with the company, Long Leng played a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and delivering unparalleled customer service. Under his guidance, Abercrombie & Kent Cambodia Travel flourished and became renowned as a premier provider of travel experiences in the region.
In late 2023, Long Leng embarked on a new chapter in his career by joining Intercon Transportation Services of MJQE as General Manager. Leveraging his extensive experience and industry knowledge, he brought fresh perspectives and innovative strategies to the organization. As General Manager, Long Leng played a key role in shaping the company's operations and spearheading growth initiatives.
