Ms. Chariya Song holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Literature, 2003 and a Master Degree of General Business from Build Bright University, 2013. She has more than 10 years of experience in Human Resources management in a variety of industries such as garment factory, automotive, food and beverages and telecom sector. She started working for Mengly J. Quach Education in November, 2016 as a Talent Acquisitions Manager. With her capacity, hard work, commitment, she was promoted to Deputy Director of HR and then to Acting Director of HR on March 24, 2023. Ms. Chariya Song has an extensive knowledge and background in strategic human management, workforce planning, talent acquisition, talent management, talent development and career planning, staffing, human resources operations and labor compliance. Over the years, she has transformed a traditional HR practice into value-adding business partners contributing to bottom-line organizational success.
